SUMMER ALPHABET

Having a giraffe! Safari selfies taken by the animals – in pictures

Friday 26 June 2015

Candid, cute, ...these intimate wildlife shots are all thanks to Snapshot Serengeti, who hid 225 camera traps in the vast national park in Tanzania, and let everything from antelopes to zebras snap themselves in their natural savanna habitat. But can you name them all?

PROFESSIONALS FROM BOIRO

On Monday, 8th, Alba Triñanes, Sofía's sister came to school. She's a telecommunitations engineer and she loves her job. She's designing videogames, drones, and more.

Here you are the presentation she made especially for us.

Carlota's daddy, Xavier Santamaría, was with us, too. He's a multitask professional of the restoration world. He's a cooking teacher, a cook, a creator of installations made with food and...so on.
Children were focused on and attentive to the conference and they wrote some notes to do an article, later, in the English Classroom.

We enjoyed and learnt a lot. We gave some presents to them to say "THANK YOUUUUU"

SEE YOU SOON!!!!

"ARTISTS FROM BOIRO CYCLE"

These days we're inviting some artists from Boiro to school.

Last Friday, Dani Gestoso, a popular photographer for La Voz de Galicia and more, was at school.

He talked about his beginnings, his present and his future.

He also gave very useful tricks to the children and then they took photos for their projects about "A NORMAL DAY IN MY LIFE"

Today, Thursday, 4th, was Dolores Bouzas' turn. She's Diego's mummy, the 3B student. She's a costume jewellery creator. She talked about their projects and the children made a lot of questions.

They made beautiful bracelets with FIMO.

Now the pieces are in the Dolores' oven and next week she'll come to school again to give them to the children.

 THANK YOU VERY MUCH

TO BE CONTINUED....
And  one week later...
Lola came back to school and brought the promised bracelets.
We had a good time again!!!
Here you are some more photos

 SEE YOU SOON!!!!
